Most people I know would stay on a hotel when they go overseas. For me, I love the idea of staying in a villa. Ever since I tried a villa one holiday, I never wanted to stay anywhere else. Now, I always look for villas to rent when I am leaving for a trip, holiday or business.
Of course, there are a lot of things that you should consider when looking for villas to rent. One of those is the location. There are villas that are part of a resort. These are generally smaller but on the upside, you have the resort’s facilities and amenities to use. There is also the service, which will be very useful. There are also private holiday villas that are rented for a season. These are generally larger but do not obviously have the additional benefit of amenities. Some, though, have swimming pool inside while others overlook the beach. It all depends on what you need and how big is the group of people staying.
One of the things that I like about staying in villas is the privacy. I think that’s the thing that has drawn villas to me. I appreciate privacy and sometimes when I’m on a working trip, I love the seclusion and silence that villas provide. Nobody will bother you. There are few neighbours, if there are any.
It’s not for anyone I tell you but I think that you should try it first to see if you like it. That way, you’ll know if you are wasting your time renting a room when you can have a house all to yourself.
