A property in La Manga is a hot commodity considering that the resort is one of the most exclusive in the country. The resort is located at Murcia, Spain and tourists always have the resort in their itineraries.
When i visited La Manga last year, I fell in love with the place. I never thought though that they were actually selling properties in there. I thought it was just a resort that people can go to when they are on holiday.
I loved the place so much that I am not planning to buy a La Manga property. I contacted their office through their website and the sales people were very helpful. Of course, it helps that i have already been to the place so it was easy for me to picture the locations and areas that they have mentioned to me.
It seems pretty ideal to buy a property there because the resort is a great holiday spot like the Hamptons of Spain or something. The resort has great tennis courts, a golf course that has been used in major tournaments, a spa facility and of course the beach. You could not really ask for anything more in the resort. So just Imagine actually living there or having the luxury to just come and go when you wish to. It’s also a great investment piece for me since real estate is not often affected by economic problems. And because it is such a great resort, there will be no shortage of buyers.
