Having heard that golf tournaments were held there, I was excited to test the fairways of the La Manga Golf courses. I was not disappointed, the course was just beautiful; add to that the ideal tropical climate and I had one of the best games of my life. The breeze was just perfect for golf, not too many strong but not too “absent” either. Just enough to push your golf balls to the right hole. I even love the caddy that they assigned to me. He was not only helpful but also quite knowledgeable.
I played there every day during our stay there and the courses were always in top shape. The staff of the resort really made sure that the courses were well-watered and the area clean and cleared off. There is the Par 47 course and the practice facilities are just first-rate. They really designed it to cater to all players with various skill levels. I also liked the fact that they had an in house junior golf academy where I signed my son in. I’ve been planning for so long to get him lessons but I just did not have the time to go with him in his lessons, here we had all the time in the world.
I accompanied my son in the practice facilities and even played with him at the golf courses. I had a great time and what’s more, I was finally able to bond with my son over my favorite sport of all time— golf.
